Refund policy
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing goods online. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by a letter sent by post.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the cost of the original standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost of that delivery option.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or to goods that are clearly personalised to the consumer’s needs.
This means that regularly offered, ready-made ceramic pieces purchased from our shop can generally be returned within the statutory withdrawal period.
Ceramic pieces that are individually made according to your personal specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided that the statutory requirements for this exclusion are met.
This may include pieces that are specifically made according to your individual requirements regarding shape, size, colour, glaze, lettering or other personal characteristics.
If you are unsure whether a particular item is considered custom-made or personalised, please contact us before placing your order.
General Information About Returns
Please package the goods carefully when returning them to avoid damage during transport.
If possible, you may use the original packaging for the return. However, using the original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Please do not return goods to us postage unpaid or collect on delivery.
The above information is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
